BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE
The BAC shall be responsible for eligibility screening, bidding, evaluation of bids, post qualification and recommending award of contracts.
The BAC shall be composed of a Chairperson, Co-Chair, a regular member and two probationary members. Two private sector representatives shall act as observers. Three members will constitute a quorum.
